The manager and his staff were sadly our place to go for two years, but recently we downsized units and although they told us they would transfer our unit and credit our account with the $186 we just paid on for May of 2022 for the larger unit, they messed up the paperwork and now they won't credit us anything telling us to call corporate, who of course told us to talk to the local manger. It is sad they would treat a regular long-term customer this way, I mean we know and expect the continued rental cost raises (that is part of the industry) but if they tell you its okay to down size and then they rip you off - well their are lots of other storage places in the area that are frankly cleaner and more friendly. :(
