Absolutely abhorrent customer service. I have been in the office while representatives ignored the phone as it continuously rang. When calling the staff answering are often rude and have a poor attitude. The service provided (internet) is constantly lagging and going out. Have had techs out and check the house twice with no answer as to the problem.
