I have been a customer for 29 years. I called customer service to request a rate adjustment. I have spoken with 5 customer service reps and one supervisor. All but one rep, including the supervisor, all told me that they don't care about long term customers. The customer service supervisor also told me that when information from their customer service reps differ that they only can go with what benefits them, not the customer. I had the third and 4th reps both tell me, that I was not responsible for the billing that I was receiving and to ignore that billing and wait for a new bill. I have not received a new bill, only threatening emails that I need to pay or my bill will go to collections. The supervisor told me that they don't have to go with what those service reps told me, and is insisting that I owe for added charges for services that I did not receive. I have been force to contact the BBB to get help. If anyone reads my review to decide to do business with this company or not...DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!
