I was pleased with the way the staff treated me and the quality of the product. The staff acted exactly as I would expect them to in this type of business. The basement continues to fllood through the walls and the basement floors even though Fred Dobbs said the basement did NOT flood and lied about the cause of the floodinf. The well has bacteria and PFAS and I am sure the land will test positive for PFAS as well. The barn had a huge fire and it is not fixable, the paint is lead and pealing, the siding on the barns is asbestos and the attic also has asbestos. Do not hire him do not trust him do not beleive a word this man says ! Karma will get this terrible man! nice surprise! Their pricing schedule is competitive and fair for what they're offering. This business tried hard to make it's location convenient, and succeeded for the most part.
