On 11/19/2020 afternoon I contacted the detention center to inquire about my brother's release and was received with a smart mouthed female clerk by the name of Flores. Instead of calmly answering my questions she proceeded to yell at me on the phone and cut me off every time I wanted to ask a question. All she had to say was that she did not know the time of release but that I could check back after 5 pm to see if the Marshalls had received the order instead of being rude and yelling at me over the phone. People with family members in detention are already in distress and concerned about their loved one, no need for the staff to have an attitude on the phone when we call. A refresher course in customer service training may benefit some of the staff who is burned out or unhappy with their jobs so that they may appreciate their jobs.
