The owner was very rude and disrespectful. I tried getting them to look at a possible leak he only turned on the system and soaked me and then proceeded to tell me there is no leak. Well sad to say even if the system works a leak can be present there is a reason why when the ground is bone dry except along the system in a perfect line there is water/moisture present. Usually they take a shove or rod and check the ground which he did not do. I called him out on the fact they never answered the phone or email for close to 6 weeks. He said he didn't need me he has 22 years on the business. Buyer BEWARE!!! After I called him out he tried to take video of me, even tried to get the children in the video. He seemed drunk and disoriented during the confrontation.
