FYI when you purchase a used mobile home that includes set up and delivery in the purchase price and their contractor damages it, they will not stand behind it, submit an insurance claim or come out and even look at the damage. Be very careful and document every inch of your mobile homes condition with photos and I highly recommend keeping written communication of all conversations.
