The visit was right on time. I had called and told the intake person that I had just moved in and that my air had stopped working There was a $99.00 call fee which was acceptable to me, however, the fix was to TURN the switch ON, which in this parts they place away from the master pannnel. Never saw anything like it but the tech located it without a problem . The bill for turning that switch on was 166.00 plus the 99.00 for the visit= 265.00 total. I paid it. However, I felt that was a poor way of promoting the business to a new customer, with potentially future need, especially when I inquired about a services contract going forward. Needless to say I will not use them again or recommend to anyone. J.H
