Discount Drain acted quickly to my response for help and I am very pleased with the way the staff treated me and the quality of the product. Edwardo was very professional and explained next steps and asked if it was okay to text me so that he could keep me posted about the status of work that needed to be completed. My order was filled a little ahead of the schedule--a nice surprise! Their pricing schedule is competitive and fair for what they're offering. This business tried hard to make it's location convenient, and succeeded for the most part. I am a very happy homeowner and will be telling all my neighbor's to use them for any of their plumbing needs!
