I have been a customer of harvest lawn care for over 5 years and was very pleased with their service whenever I had a problem with my lawn they were great in responding and sending a technician to look at my problem and discuss solutions every thing was great until this year. I called them in the beginning of summer to say my lawn was not looking good and the secretary told me I cancelled the service which I didn’t she reinstated my service and I had the first treatment done more recently I called about a problem and she told me to change my watering schedule I did this and my lawn looks worse than ever I called today to ask for a technician to stop by and she absolutely refused my request and told me she was canceling my service and would not let me talk to the owner and hung up on me
