Also polite and nice to talk, but no delivery on promises. Have dealt with them since june, 2018 for swimming pool repairs and liner replacement. this is August, 2019, and they still have not delivered. this is suppose to be a two day job, my pool get worse by month. I was told last summer they would work me in, be the end of july. than it would end of august, so on and so forth. for sure would be done in fall after the 'season' was over. Nothing, no call back, no contact. called in March, same story, as soon as they could probably a few weeks. now the summer of 2019 is almost over. still nothing, except the price we agreed on in 2018 has been tripled. If I don't contact them, they sure aren't going to contact me. I do not understand how a reputable pool company, that knows what it is doing, can not get a two day job done in 14 months. I understood I was a work in during the 2018 season, but I should have been at the top of the list for 2019.
