We purchased our cover and system back in July of 2018. We have young children and wanted to keep them safe. We felt a peace of mind when we purchased our product because we were promised a 7 year warranty on the cover and 10 year warranty on the system. 3 years later our cover ripped. We contacted Aquamatic and they told us that the warranty didn't cover our issue. They said we had a webbing issue and it wasn't covered. Nothing like this was mentioned at the time of purchase. There was no differentiation between webbing and fabric discussed. But now they are telling us that they will not cover our pool cover even though we have a warranty and a purchase contract that states "fabric aquamatic 7 year warranty." They are playing semantics and again at the time of sale none of this was mentioned. This company is not honest and will not honor warranty. I wish I would have looked on Better Business Bureau before I purchased from Aquamatic because I saw the exact same situation that I'm going through mentioned, there. It seems as though we are not the first customers that they have scammed!
