I have attempted to utilize the automatic car wash three times. It worked once, and the last two times the machine malfunctioned and they stole my money. There is no phone number posted on site, so I contacted both numbers available online and have not been able to reach either for a refund or service credit. The cash collector on the machine does not work, and the card reader kept asking me for a code. The screen never indicated that payment was successful, and the machine lights either did not work or were not bright enough to indicate that I was to move forward. I have been charged for two car washes thus far that I was never able to actually utilize because there was insufficient notification that my payment was collected and that it was time to pull through the wash station.
