This is a mobile home park. Staff fairly friendly. Trying to clean up and enforce park rules. Too many vehicles use park as short cut to E Bay Dr. Also too many in park don't pay attention to speed limits or stop signs. Noisy at all hours (traffic and music). Pet friendly, used to be just outside perimeter, now allowed anywhere in park. Only amenities are Clubhouse, pool and shuffleboard court. Not a five star park. Maybe in the future.
