I called them on a Monday to schedule an appointment to fix leaky faucet in my home. They said they were "full up" for the week and that I would have to wait until the following Monday for service. I agreed and asked "what time, Monday?" They replied that they would call me Monday morning and tell me when to expect the plumber. They didn't call. I called them about 10 a.m. and they said it would be that afternoon and that the plumber would call me on the way to my house. Didn't happen. I called them about 5:00 p.m. and they said that the plumber couldn't make it. They re-scheduled me for Friday (today) and said I would be the first customer on Friday. Didn't happen. They are unreliable!!!
