This location is TERRIBLE. The truck I rented had a needs oil light on and check engine light on and would only go about 25 mph up a hill. I stopped at a gas station to get a drink and when I got back to the truck it would not go into gear. After about 10 minutes of messing with it I finally got it back into gear and prayed that we would get the truck back without breaking down. Upon completion of my move I had driven 50 miles. I put $17.00 in the gas tank and dropped it off the same day with the same amount of gas as when I left it. When I woke up in the morning I received messages from Uhaul saying that I need to return the truck although they already had the truck. I called Uhaul and they reached out to the company and got it checked in but upon looking at my final bill Uhaul charged me $19.00 additional for gas. When I called Uhaul for clarification the employee stated that it had less gas than when started which was not true. When I received the truck it had between 5/16 and 7/16 instead of being full and I when I returned it, it had the same amount. They pretty much scammed me out of more gas as Im sure they probably do everyone. When I called U haul they gave me the number to the area manager. I called him about the gas situation and the call went a message saying this person doesnt have a voicemail set up. What legitimate manager of any company does not have a voicemail set up? When I google search the company it states that it is permanently closed and no longer in business! This place is a rip-off and only has one truck that barely runs. The management at this location is a joke! I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO GO ELSEWHERE!
