I was not pleased at my treatment the last time visiting this facility. The Dr. wrote the wrong prescription, necessitating my having to make repeated trips to the pharmacy. A phone call could not suffice. One employee, John? was rude , inept and condescending in manner and after we had words he notified the police. He was very unprofessional and immature. He should be rebuked and I deserve an apology if they expect any more business from me. All in all since Nova took over, this place has gone straight down hill.
