Billing dept is double billing. My insurance company made them reimburse overcharges and now they claim I owe money from Jan 2018. I left them with no balance in July 2018 and they said their records didn't show I left until November. I never got a Bill from January 2018 until sept 2019 and it showed a 30 day balance with no late charges. How could that be if i hadn't even used them for over a year.
