I was pleased with the way the staff treated me and the quality of the product. The staff acted exactly as I would expect them to in this type of business. My order was filled a little ahead of the schedule--a nice surprise! Their pricing schedule is competitive and fair for what they're offering. This business tried hard to make it's location convenient, and succeeded for the most part. I worked for them many years ago and under Shel Sr it was very difficult to communicate with Shel Sr. He and the male staff didn't communicate well with the two females and a few of the men had a problem with people of color. Unnecessary racist bigot remarks and not much of reprimand was done by Shel Sr. Senior had a Black secretary who was good at her job but she was very much intimidated by him. Their was a Black female that did purchasing of gas regulators. She was smart and very outspoken. Totally the opposite of the secretary. Senior was a member of the Bohemian Club. The Milligans owned a company in Sacramento California Supply. Shel Jr was a bit warmer than his father. He once told the purchasing agent not to attend her father's funeral in another state but go to a Catholic church and light a candle. She went to her father's funeral. That was very cold and UNFEELING. Products can be purchased from any company. Sometimes people should be warmer to their customers and employees of all races.
