HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! If I could could zero starts I would. They installed an outdoor HVAC unit at my house about a year and a half ago. I have had several issues starting a year after the unit was installed and ALL issues have been due to install. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but after the 3rd service guy saying the issues are due to poor install, I started to believe it. When A&A installed my new HVAC unit, they did not replace the condenser lines. They left the old condenser lines that were not the correct size for the new unit being installed. They were cutting corners because it's a great amount of work. Because the lines were not the right size the unit was not getting the correct amount of refrigerant causing MANY expensive problems, which leads us to our current issue. When I called the company to make it right he basically told me to kick rocks and they would only cover their work for 30 days, then proceeded to hang up on me and ignore my call backs. After installing a BRAND NEW unit, a year and a half in we have spent over $2,000 on repairs due to a bad install. Run far, far away from this company. Horrible customer service and horrible technical service.
