The guy taking the order for the car wash was unclear regarding the directions about how to orient my wheels so that it aligns with the wash. He starts to get frustrated and starts knocking and banging on my car. Here I am, unsure about how the hell to even back out of here so I just paid for only basic to get through the car wash. The two guys at the end of the car wash after they wipe the car, they refuse to tell me the manager's name and only keep saying the manager is not here. When I ask them " are you not going to tell me the manager's name? " The guy flat out says no I'm not. Good luck trying to get any customer service from these unprofessional, dangerous people. Save yourselves.
