Beware…..I should have known something was up when I saw the little kids running around and performing the processing duties. I’m not against family operations but it seemed quite disorganized. Then when the guy pulled the deer bag off my buck and left it on the dirty concrete floor with other non-skinned bucks and a dog walking around that was when I should have left with my deer. I was in a bind and they were convenient, so I ordered it to be cut into steaks and grind with backstraps and tenderloins whole. What I got back several days later was little packages (some bitesize pieces of meat) and no backstrap. Just tenderloin, steaks, sirloin and burger. The worst part was that my buck was huge (27” 4x4 weighing 121 lbs in the meat locker without bloodshot) and I received 41 lbs of processed meat. I called them and got a bunch of BS in response to me wondering where all my deer was. And they said the backstrap could be cut up and labeled as tenderloin or steak, or whatever. They acted like I’d never know what I was supposed to get, but I’ve killed dozens of deer as have my hunting buddies and we typically get more meat from a much smaller buck. I was highly disappointed (although very happy to harvest such a giant) but I wanted to make everyone reading this aware of my experience.

I was not pleased with the way the staff treated me and the quality of the product. The staff was not exactly as I would expect them to be in this type of business. My order was not filled as ordered. Their pricing schedule is not fair for what they're offering. This business tried hard to make it's location convenient, and succeeded for the most part. And its unsanitary. No receipt, no way to trace there poor action, maybe the IRS can check it out?
