This is only the 1st review I’ll be writing to express how impressed I am w/Gerred & his Guys@the Muffler Works here in Florence, OR- Gerred, the Owner is incredible! He has my total confidence in all my mechanical needs! Excellent communication, he knows what he’s doing, goes about things systematically, he’s been able to fix problems that no other shop has! There’s been a few times that he assisted my folks & I in an emergency situation, like needing a battery at 4:00 on a Fri. afternoon. OMG- He’s my hero! I have a ’03 Tahoe in beautiful condition-however, my rig is now having major wiring issues-sheesh. Gerred is didactic-has been able to get to the root of the problem without wasting time or my money, it’s just going to be a bit of a process. I’d never take my vehicle to anyone else! He probably should change the name of his business because…they do everything mechanically related: inexpensive oil changes, top notch battery service, plus he is less expensive than any other shop…I’ve ever been to. I really appreciate that I deal w/him & don’t get shuffled around! His team are great mechanics & very nice! Kudos to Gerred and his Guys! Thanks, Christine Woods-Happy Florence Resident 12/29/21
