I would suggest no one should use this company. I have done over 50 real estate projects and have never seen a professional evaluation that totally messed up a significant appraisal so badly. The appraiser gave zero value to a 280 s.f. sunroom that is heated and cooled with a modern heat/air system, tile floor, double pane windows, modern blinds and was a custom built part of the original home. Previous appraisors had considered it a family room with total value (which it is). She indicated it was the same as a poured cement front stoop.
