I was pleased with the way the staff treated me and the quality of the product. The staff acted exactly as I would expect them to in this type of business. My order was filled a little ahead of the schedule--a nice surprise! Their pricing schedule is competitive and fair for what they're offering. The location is a bit difficult to locate as there is no sign on Piedmont Road and you have to go down a gravel driveway in a mostly residential area. But Tommy Waters is very knowledgeable. He has done great work on several vehicles for me over several years. I'd rate it at 5/5.
