While I was explaining the difficulties I was facing with unwanted critters the owner often interrupted me causing the phone call to take longer than necessary. He quoted some prices and gave some information. I thought the pricing seemed high. But most unacceptable was the fact that while I was trying to explain my situation he continued to talk on top of me. When I politely asked if he would allow me to finish what I was saying he rudely told me that he was off duty,to call him tomorrow and hung up on me! I was calling during the listed available hours they advertised to be open. And if he was not open or during business hours, why did he even answer the phone. He left me feeling worse than the pest that was bother me.
