I was disappointed in how rude and incompetent the staff is. Let alone they don't do their jobs and let a person slide from B1 to B3 with a sock containing 7-8 locks in it and two make shift blades and want to tell us that we are to feel safe? While on the other hand you got a correction officer whom punched a man in cuffs in the ribs! The staff and Sargeants need to be better qualified for this position of work!
