the place is going downhill. 3 drug busts in the last 3 weeks . one man shot himself in the head. the maintenance men are no good and lazy and don't do their job. the HOA is crooked. they will make you take down your security cameras down. I feel like I am in a concentration camp. talk to the people before you move in. and rose at the office is a nut case ased with the way the staff treated me and the quality of the product. The staff acted exactly as I would expect them to in this type of business. My order was filled a little ahead of the schedule--a nice surprise! Their pricing schedule is competitive and fair for what they're offering. This business tried hard to make it's location convenient, and succeeded for the most part.
