I have lived in the Country Club Mobile Estates for 15 years and I can promise you if you buy a mobile home here you will regret it!!! The rent lot rent is outrageous and it goes up every year 20-40 dollars. The rules are ridiculous and the manager is unwilling to work with you on anything. It is also impossible to get ahold of her because they have a stupid answering service. You cannot have guests come to your home because there is nowhere for them to park and their vehicle will be towed. They will put stickers on your vehicle in your own driveway and they will tow it right out of your driveway if you are saving money to fix it. Your children cannot be children and your pets can not be pet, its BS! Now if she likes you, your safe and can do as you please. Discrimination in this place is a huge thing!!! So yes the area is great and most of the neighbors but the Manager is horrible and the corporate office doesn’t care even a little that you are unhappy. Horrible investment I regret every day!!!
