I was pleased with the way the staff treated me and the quality of the product. The staff acted exactly as I would expect them to in this type of business. My order was filled a little ahead of the schedule--a nice surprise! Their pricing schedule is competitive and fair for what they're offering. This business tried hard to make it's location convenient, and succeeded for the most part.

I have used ABC Heating and Cooling for many year now, and always been please, until recently. Very had to get in touch with, did not advise when parts we late, so stayed home expecting them to install the new unit only to find out later it did not arrive. While I understand that things happen and get delayed. The lack of notification, and the difficult time I had getting in touch with someone is simply no acceptable. The warrenty is only good if you can get in touch with someone, and that is not easy these days. Will never use again!
