I was NOT happy at all with the staff or the owner. They are sarcastic, condescending, and rude. I requested my tool which was in need of repair to be returned to me untouched. Should anyone consider doing business with them, please get all info up front regarding the process and time frame for your tool repair. It's not very good. I will never even think about doing business with this company again and would never, ever, ever recommend them to anyone.
