I arrived at 8:17 this morning and it is now 10:51 and I'm still waiting. The excuse is that one nurse is servicing the entire patient load. From what I see after this wait there's a long interaction at the reception desk and then you're sent off to another area to commence yet another grueling WAIT. Something should be done about this!!!!
