The worst (downhill) portion of the upper part of DIAMONDBACK Drive of Colorado Springs, CO, is getting worse and worse by every day (almost hour} -some portions dangerously impassable. Downpours of torrential rains making it hazardous to negotiate, and absolutely NOTHING is being done - even for a minimal maintenance. WHAT is going on ? Are you going to remedy this ASAP ? Please, ADVISE - and mainly - do something about this. THANKS. HOME OWNERS depending on safe use of this road ! I. KOSTA
