I called and talked to a woman that said she was the owner. She was kinda nice at first. I was measuring my window as we spoke and I told her the exact measurements. When I arrived to pick up the glass everything appeared fine. Until I got home to find the glass was cut 10 inches too short. I called back and said that a mistake was made and the piece of glass was cut 10 inches too short. The man I was speaking to said that sometimes that happens and to bring it back and he will cut me the proper size. As I was about to leave home to get the correct size, the phone rang and the woman I spoke with the first time told me that I was the one that made the mistake. I told her she was wrong and that I was measuring the window as we were talking the first time. She told me that I told her 35 inches when I know I told her 45 inches. She said she was the owner and did not make mistakes like that. I told her again she was wrong. She became very rude and told me to forget what the man said about getting the correct piece of glass, and to get my glass somewhere else from now on. GLADLY!!! I will not waste my time with K
