I was pleased with the way the staff treated me and the quality of the product. The staff acted exactly as I would expect them to in this type of business. The problem was my color did not go into the roots. It was coming out 2 days later.. A week later another Rob Roy location looked on the computer and said that Sam mixed the wrong color.. it didn't look good. . So I spent another 44 to get it right. G
