I was lucky to find this company, which is buried amongst others on internet searches. The head man, Nick, showed up on a summertime Friday, gave me a verbal estimate which I accepted w/o paperwork. One more phone call and installation began the following Monday, completed next day. Worked great for a month, then started losing its coolth. Called with this complaint at 5pm Thursday after the guys had finished their day. By 1pm Friday they fixed the problem, nevermind that I live 50 minutes away at the end of an ugly dirt road. When technicians get lucky and have a good day, complex installations will work right, first time-- like our first attempts to get a man on the moon. Yuck! Yuck! Living in the real world I've learned to measure people by how they deal with the inevitable glitch. TVAC stepped up and in real-world time, did so immediately. Good family-owned and run company whose words are better than a legalized contract.
