COVID testing in appointment only now. No one answeres the phone. I call like a crackhead, finally someone answers, I ask when available appointment, she tells me to hold. 5 minutes later, I hang up. Called back for 3 days, no answer. Called Tullahoma, pulled up, they walked out, handed me a self test kit, free, simple and no wait or appointment. Shelbyville is so trashy.
