I was pleased with the way the staff treated me and the quality of the product. The staff acted exactly as I would expect them to in this type of business. My order was filled a little ahead of the schedule--a nice surprise! Their pricing schedule is competitive and fair for what they're offering. This business tried hard to make it's location convenient, and succeeded for the most part. However my complaint and dissatisfaction was the product. Times past we were very satisfied. Very disappointed in quality of cedar shingles, at least 1/4 of them were split and could not be used and we paid more than from Campbells thinking they would be better quality. We bought 4 bundles, all the same poor quality. We had to buy more ....Linda Phillips
