Do not hire this guy! He did a tankless hot water install for us in 2021. He did not install the condensation line in a fashion that it would work properly. We needed our hot water heater serviced so since he installed it I called him back. In the mean time we ended up having dripping shower and bathroom sink faucets. I told him that we also wanted that repaired and shut off valves installed. He never gave us an estimate or disclosed that we would have to be paying his helpers wages before work began. I contacted 3 other plumbing businesses in town and they all said this was a job that did not require a helper. To my knowledge it is standard business practice to write an estimate and disclose how much it will be before work begins. He did not do this and here we are four days later and I still have no idea how much he is going to charge us. I feel like he is trying to take advantage of my elderly grandma. I would give him no stars if I could. Beware of this guy.
