This company has a railway in Aumsville Oregon with a crossing just off of Bates Rd. Their culvert is plugged and flooding the property of 6 property owners. As a coutesy, my husband and I cleaned this culvert every week for years. It took each of us a few hours a week. As long as we did this the properties never flooded. We have contacted the Railway numerous times. Currently all of our properties are flooded and the railway will not clean out their culvert. I have taken pictures and sent them to them, I have texted and called. The railway could not care less what damage they are causing to our properties. We moved our fence back about 3-5 feet to keep it out of the water. The water is up past our new fence line and the other neighbor's yards and fences are flooded. Terrible company. We are all now getting together to hire legal help to get this problem taken care. This has been going on for years. If this is how they handle one culvert, we can only imagine how they handle their other locations.
