With COVID, there were understandable delays, due to suppliers unable to deliver product. Then one morning we got a call from Nate that they could come out that day. We had our entire house (10 windows) done in less than 6 hours. I work from home in the 3rd bedroom/office, and the guys timed it around my lunchbreak to install the window in that room. Nate, Nick, and a third installer were all professional, respectful, and when they were done, everything was so clean, you could never tell they were there (except looking through beautiful new windows!).
