I was very dissatisfied with thier attitude, and their lack of workmanship, they supposedly fixed a favorite bracelet of mine on several didn't occasions, and because they couldn't or should i say didn't fix it correctly it broke again and i lost it, i also bought a bracelet from there and its broke , the piece that hooks to the lobster claw is not soldered and keeps opening up. So it remains in a drawer until i take it to another jeweler in the winn Dixie plaza, i have them repair my jewelry now and they are magnificent and the prices are way better
