I was pleased with the expertise of Mr. Jacobs. He is very knowledgeable in the plumbing industry. From my first phone call to the exchange of payment for a job well done I was pleased with every transaction within his business The quality of his business should be advertised with blue ribbons. His apprentice acted exactly as I would expect him to in this type of business. My order was filled a little ahead of the schedule--a nice surprise! Their pricing is competitive and fair. This business tried hard to make my plumbing problems go away with ease.
