Please see the police reports for that address and landlord!!! You will find a lot!!!! Then do a dept of corrections and adult parole authority web site on the name of the landlord!!! Then look up Robert L. Johnson, D.O.B. 7-23-71, for appellate cases and Supreme Court cases listed under State v. Johnson, In re. Johnson and a few others ... THEN STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE, FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. I thought it was decent and paid him $4500.00 for 9 months rent. Less than a month later I was FIRLY REGRETTING IT. Now he has $15,000.00 of my property he took from my apartment 3 days before my rent was due and one of my bank cards was used to drain an account. He rents weekly and monthly but believes he can seize anything like he is running a seedy hotel. PLEASE, YOU DO WHAT YOU WANT, BUT AS A GOOD CITIZEN, I AM JUST WARNING YOU TO BE CAREFUL.
