They are friendly and try to be helpful. But they are not very knowledgeable about how to cut grass on a hill or to do trimming. They have large equipment that they seem to enjoy using but it is often too big to get into some of thee area and cause damage. They scalp tree feeder/surface roots of trees and this has led to several trees dying.
