Pinebrook apts new management/manager totally SUCKS!!! They have the audacity to charge high rents (1 bed $1075 /2 bed $1300 or $1425 for 3 bed), but offer very low quality apts & services. They'll increase rent EVERY SINGLE YEAR for very OLD broken down 51 year old buildings, THIN walls, you can hear neighbors talking, flushing toilet, taking showers, loud music/TV & sometimes fighting/beating their wives. Upstairs people walking/thumping like elephants. Noisy inconsiderate neighbors, dogs barking all day & night, insects/cockroaches, poops & cats are everywhere. Homeless always digging your trash & taking stuff, useless broken gate. Mail boxes & packages got stolen/broken. Loud kids playing outside all the time, yelling, screaming, fighting. People steal your assigned parking space & you have to wait few hours for them to move their car. Basically, you're very welcome to live here if you don't mind paying high rent for old apts, enjoy stress & noises everyday, like to deal w/ a rude unfriendly manager cynthia. She is a LIAR, untrustworthy, promise you something but never get it done, always lies & bunch of bulls*** coming out of her mouth, VERY unprofessional & incompetent in doing her job, reluctant to fix broken things/solve any problems, but enjoy taking high rent from tenants. I'll happily run away fast & never look back once my lease ends. In summary, welcome to live in a hellhole if you move here!!!
