The warehousing at this Lowes is pitiful. They tell you your ordered items are in and in actuality they are not! No one calls you back when they say they will. Lazy employees never physically try to ensure your order is there or not after several times Lowes tells you it is there. They must get a lot of training in making up excuses and providing insincere apologies! Go elsewhere to buy flooring and installation.
