If I could do ZERO stars, I would. I went there for balloons. I selected the numbers of the three balloons I wanted. I asked the heavy set blonde for balloons and she said in a VERY nasty manner "they're self serve". I didn't understand if I was supposed to blow them up myself - she was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was so angry at her rude, belligerent behavior I just left. She definitely didn't want to be there and it showed BIG TIME! I won't ever go there again, she left such a bad taste in my mouth.
