I was pleased with the way the staff treated me and the quality of the product. The staff acted exactly as I would expect them to in this type of business. My order was filled a little ahead of the schedule--a nice surprise! Their pricing schedule is competitive and fair for what they're offering. This business tried hard to make it's location convenient, and succeeded for the most part. They have NEVER recommended work that need not be done and have actually suggested a repair they COULD do NOT be done! They said they even though they would happily complete a job the best course would be to find another vehicle given the shape of the one in need of repair. Who or what business would suggest turning away business? Their honesty and integrity are beyond question. Jim's Mobil deserves a 5 Star review.
