They or the most dishonest unprofessional company I've ever dealt with in my life. Overcharged for something. I could have gone to Lowe's and bought the kit and installed it myself without being gouged for $1,200. The owner/installer was very inappropriate and creepy trying to hit on me.I felt totally uncomfortable and unsafe in my own home due to the behavior of the installer which is ironic since I was dealing with a home security company. They're monitoring service is hit and miss. You can't depend on them if the alarm goes off. Mine went off and I tried calling them for hours and they never would answer and this is what I was paying for. I'm glad they moved out of Miami because people like that don't belong here. Horrible company and I would never recommend them
